This 10" Keuffel & Esser (K&E) Model N4100 stadia slide rule was used by surveyors to quickly calculate horizontal distances and vertical elevation differences from stadia measurements. It is made with a traditional mahogany wood core and has black graduated scales imprinted on a white celluloid facing. One of the edges has an english scale in inches, the other has a metric scale in centimeters. The slide rule is in good condition, showing little wear. The paper board case does show wear and the flapper lid has been repaired.

It has a metal rimmed cursor which was introduced in 1936. K&E dropped the "N" from the model number in 1955. So this slide rule was  made between 1936 and 1954. K&E used four series of serial numbers for its slide rules, restarting the numbers for each series. This was likely in Series 2 and sn200732 would indicate it was manufactured around 1947 (References - https://followingtherules.substack.com/p/a-review-of-k-and-e-serial-numbers and https://www.mccoys-kecatalogs.com/keserialnumbers/Dating-2.htm).

This vintage collectible showcases the quality craftsmanship of Keuffel & Esser, known for producing high-quality slide rules. With its sturdy construction and precise measurements, this slide rule would be a valuable addition to any collection.
